Homeowners Association

The Willow Point Homeowners Association is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas and the recreation facilities within the subdivision. It has 2 classes of membership, permanent and voluntary. The permanent member homes are those that have been made permanent members by written consent of the homeowners and have full voting privileges and year-round use of all the facilities with obligatory yearly dues.  Permanent membership is encouraged. Voluntary members pay an increased fee for use of the facilities and do not have voting rights. Homeowners Association membership supports the benefits of living in Willow Point.

Pool. The Willow Point pool is staffed and managed by a professional pool services company, providing lifeguards and daily maintenance to ensure safety and professional upkeep. The association supports ongoing maintenance and enhancements to continue to better the look and usefulness of the pool area.
Tennis. There are two tennis courts with a shaded seating pavilion for the enjoyment of onlookers. Members can play at their convenience or join ALTA teams for men, women, or youth.
Playgrounds. There are two playgrounds. Point Park across from the pool includes playground equipment, a basketball court, and a picnic area. A second playground behind the pool and tennis courts provides a nice place for the children to play while their parents use the courts or pool.
